Payment

You must pay for files at the time of your order, at which time you will be notified of the current price. Any payments processed by PayPal are subject to Paypal’s user agreement(s). We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you. If your order is accepted, we will confirm acceptance to you by online electronic means (“Confirmation”) to the e-mail address you have given us on ordering. The order will then be fulfilled by the date set out in the Confirmation or, if the Confirmation does not contain such a date, within 30 days. If downloaded files delivered are not what you ordered we will refund to you the price paid for the products. Yearly subscription fees are set up as automatic renewal. You can cancel your subscription at anytime through the My subscriptions page.
